Accessing the Apps

App URLs

Each Rax app is hosted at its own URL. Contact your administrator if you're unsure which app you should be using.

tip

Bookmark your app's URL for quick access. You can also add it to your phone's home screen for a mobile-app-like experience.

First-Time Login

If You Received an Invitation Email

1. Open the invitation email from your administrator
2. Click the Accept Invitation link
3. You'll be directed to the registration page
4. Fill in your details:
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Password (choose a strong password)
5. Click Register
6. You'll be logged in and taken to the Dashboard

Regular Login

1. Go to your app's URL
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click Sign In
4. You'll land on your personalized Dashboard

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a password reset email
4. Click the reset link and choose a new password
5. Log in with your new password

warning

Password reset links expire after a limited time. If your link has expired, request a new one.

First-Time Setup

After your first login, we recommend:

1. Complete your profile — Go to Profile and fill in your phone number, timezone, and upload a profile picture
2. Set your appearance — Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme in Profile > Appearance
3. Review your notifications — Check Profile > Preferences to configure which notifications you want to receive
4. Explore the sidebar — Click through the main navigation to familiarize yourself with available features

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Can't log in	Double-check your email and password. Try resetting your password.
No invitation email	Ask your administrator to resend the invitation. Check your spam folder.
Page won't load	Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
Access denied to a feature	Your role may not have permission. See Roles & Permissions.
