Development is the development management app for Rax GBC. It's used by the software, embedded, and testing teams to manage projects, track tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate.
Who Uses Development?
- Administrators — Manage the entire organization, invite users, create projects
- Department Leads — Oversee department-wide work and performance
- Team Leads — Manage day-to-day team tasks and assignments
- Members — Developers, testers, and engineers working on assigned tasks

Navigation
The main sidebar on the left gives you access to all features. What you see depends on your role:
- All users: Dashboard, Tasks, Calendar, Projects, People, Profile
- Leads & Admins: Also see Activity and KPI & Analytics
The top bar provides quick access to:
- Search — Find tasks, projects, and people across the app
- Notifications — View alerts for assignments, updates, and reminders
- Messages — Access direct and group conversations
- Profile menu — Quick access to your profile and sign out
