Platform Overview

The Rax Platform is a suite of three web applications built for Rax GBC. Each app serves a different department, but they share a common set of core features.
The Three Apps
Development — Development Management
Who uses it: Software developers, embedded engineers, testers, team leads, department leads, and administrators.
What it does:
- Manage development projects and proposals
- Create, assign, and track tasks with specialized workflows
- Monitor team and individual performance through KPIs
- Plan events and manage leave through the calendar
- Communicate via built-in messaging
- View activity logs and audit trails
Operations — Operations & Production
Who uses it: Production workers, supervisors, operations managers, and administrators.
What it does:
- Everything in Development, plus:
- Manage work orders for product manufacturing
- Track inventory with serial numbers
- Handle delivery orders and dispatch
- Assign workers to assembly, coating, and testing tasks
- Submit daily production reports
- Manage production clients and products
Production — Sales & Client Management (Legacy)
Who uses it: Salespeople, sales leads, and administrators.
What it does:
- Manage sales clients and client ledgers
- Track enquiries through a pipeline (kanban view)
- Create and send quotes and invoices (with PDF generation)
- Record payments and upload proof of payment
- Manage purchase orders
- Log sales calls and follow-up actions
- Set and track sales targets
- Earn rewards based on performance
- Generate sales reports (revenue, collections, performance)
Production is currently being migrated to the new technology stack. Some features may change during the migration. See Migration Status for details.
Shared Features
All three apps include these core features:

Each app is a standalone deployment — you log in to the one your team uses. If you need access to multiple apps, your administrator can set up accounts on each.
