Welcome! As a Team Lead, you manage your team's day-to-day work — assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality.
What You Can Do
- Assign Tasks — Assign developers and testers to tasks within your team
- Review Tasks — Review completed tasks before escalating to department review
- Create Standalone Tasks — Create quick tasks not tied to a project
- Track Progress — Monitor your team's task completion and velocity
- View Team KPIs — See performance metrics for your team members
- Manage Calendar — Create team events and view leave schedules
What You Cannot Do
- Create projects (admin only)
- Create or manage departments
- Approve leave requests (department lead/admin only)
- Access other teams' data
