Welcome! As a Team Lead, you manage your team's day-to-day work — assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality.

What You Can Do

  • Assign Tasks — Assign developers and testers to tasks within your team
  • Review Tasks — Review completed tasks before escalating to department review
  • Create Standalone Tasks — Create quick tasks not tied to a project
  • Track Progress — Monitor your team's task completion and velocity
  • View Team KPIs — See performance metrics for your team members
  • Manage Calendar — Create team events and view leave schedules

What You Cannot Do

  • Create projects (admin only)
  • Create or manage departments
  • Approve leave requests (department lead/admin only)
  • Access other teams' data

Your Workflow
