Operations is the operations management app for Rax GBC. It includes everything in Development plus a comprehensive Production module for managing manufacturing operations.
Who Uses Operations?
- Administrators — Full access to all features including production management
- Department Leads — Manage production departments (PCB Assembly, Panel Assembly, Testing)
- Team Leads — Supervise production teams and assign daily tasks
- Production Workers — Complete assigned assembly, testing, and coating tasks

Production Module (unique to Operations)

Production Workflow
The standard production flow follows this path:
Products → Work Orders → Assignments → Production Stages → Inventory → Delivery
- Define Products — Create product templates with task stages
- Create Work Orders — Specify products, quantities, and budgets
- Assign Tasks — Department leads assign daily work to workers
- Production — Workers complete assembly, testing, and coating stages
- Inventory — QA-approved units enter inventory
- Delivery — Ship products to clients via delivery orders
