Department Lead
Oversee your department. Manage teams, approve tasks, view reports.
Team Lead
Lead your team. Assign tasks, track progress, manage members.
Member
Your day-to-day work. Tasks, projects, calendar, and profile.
What You'll Find Here
This site covers everything you need to know about the three Rax apps:
- Development — For the development team. Manage projects, tasks, teams, KPIs, and more.
- Operations — For operations. Includes everything in Development, plus the full Production module for managing work orders, inventory, and delivery.
- Production — For the sales team. Manage clients, enquiries, quotes, invoices, payments, and sales targets. (Legacy — migration in progress)
