Production Departments
Production is organized into three departments:
| Department | What They Do |
|---|---|
| PCB Assembly | Assemble printed circuit board products |
| Panel Assembly | Assemble panel-type products |
| Testing | Test all products through multiple testing stages |
Each department has a Department Lead who manages assignments and submits daily reports.
The Production Lifecycle
Every unit follows this lifecycle through serial number tracking:
Created → Assembly → 1st Testing → 2nd Testing → Coating → Final Testing → QA → In Stock → Delivered
If a defect is found at any stage, the unit is marked as either:
- Scrap — Unit is discarded
- Rework — Unit goes back to a previous stage for fixing
