Production Departments

Production is organized into three departments:

DepartmentWhat They Do
PCB AssemblyAssemble printed circuit board products
Panel AssemblyAssemble panel-type products
TestingTest all products through multiple testing stages

Each department has a Department Lead who manages assignments and submits daily reports.

The Production Lifecycle

Every unit follows this lifecycle through serial number tracking:

Created → Assembly → 1st Testing → 2nd Testing → Coating → Final Testing → QA → In Stock → Delivered

If a defect is found at any stage, the unit is marked as either:

  • Scrap — Unit is discarded
  • Rework — Unit goes back to a previous stage for fixing
