Production Clients

Production Clients are the companies or contacts that receive manufactured products. They're linked to delivery orders for shipment tracking.
Viewing Clients
- Go to Production > Clients
- See summary stats: Total, Active, Inactive
- Switch between Grid and List views
- Search by client name
Client Cards
Each client card shows:
- Cover image and logo
- Client name and description
- Contact person
- Active/Inactive status badge
- Admin View
- Department Lead View
- Team Lead View
- Member View
Creating a Client
- Go to Production > Clients
- Click New Client
- Fill in the details:

- Department Lead View
- Team Lead View
- Member View

| Contact Name | Primary contact person |

| Shipping Address | Delivery address |
| Active | Whether the client is currently active |
- Click Save
Managing Clients
- View details — Click a client to see full information
- Edit — Update client details from the detail view
- Set inactive — Mark clients who are no longer ordering
tip
Always keep shipping addresses up to date — delivery orders pull the address from the client record.
