Production People

The Production People page manages workers involved in manufacturing operations, including their department assignments, roles, and pay rates.
Viewing Workers
- Go to Production > People
- Filter by department tab:
- All — Everyone
- PCB Assembly — PCB department workers
- Panel Assembly — Panel department workers
- Testing — Testing department workers
- Delivery — Shows all department leads
Worker Table
Each worker entry shows:
- Employee ID
- Name with avatar
- Department badge
- Role badge (Department Leads are highlighted)
- Pay per hour rate
- Email address
- Admin View
- Department Lead View
- Team Lead View
- Member View




Adding a Production Worker
- Click Add Person
- Fill in the details:

| Name | Worker's full name |
| Employee ID | Unique identifier |
| Department | PCB Assembly, Panel Assembly, Testing, or Delivery |
| Role | Department Lead, Team Lead, Technician, Engineer, or Member |
| Pay per Hour | Hourly rate (used for budget calculations) |
| Phone | Contact number |
| Email address | |
| Active | Whether the worker is currently active |
- Click Save
Editing Workers
Click the edit button next to a worker to update their details. You can change:
- Pay rate
- Contact information
- Active status
- Role (except department leads)

Department Leads are managed through the main user system and cannot be edited from the Production People page.
Pay Rates and Budget
Worker pay rates are important — they're used to calculate work order budgets:
- Budget = Estimated hours × Average pay rate per department
- When creating a work order, the system uses these rates to estimate costs
- Actual costs are tracked as workers complete assignments

Keep pay rates up to date to ensure accurate budget estimates on new work orders.
