The Sales Module is the core of Production, providing end-to-end sales management from lead capture through payment collection.

Your Role on This Page

As an Admin, you see the full sales dashboard with all metrics and can manage everything. You have organization-wide visibility and control over all sales operations, including clients, enquiries, quotes, invoices, and payments.

The main sales page displays:

  • Pipeline Stats — Total enquiries, quotes, invoices, and payments
  • Quick Stats Row — Key metrics at a glance (revenue, conversion rates)
  • Quick Actions Panel — Shortcuts to create enquiries, log calls, register clients
  • Activity Feed — Recent sales activities across the team

Sales Pipeline

The sales pipeline tracks deals through these stages:

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  • New Enquiry — Capture a new lead
  • Log Call — Record a client interaction
  • New Client — Register a new client
  • New Quote — Create a quotation
  • New Invoice — Generate an invoice

KPI Integration

The sales module integrates with the KPI system. Activities like creating enquiries, converting quotes, and collecting payments earn KPI points. See Targets and Rewards for details.
