The Rewards system gamifies sales performance with points, badges, streaks, and leaderboards to motivate the sales team.

  1. Go to Sales > Rewards > My Rewards
  2. See your current points, badges, and active streaks
  3. View reward history

How Points Work

Points are earned automatically based on sales activities:

Creating an enquiryPoints awarded
Converting enquiry to quotePoints awarded
Closing a deal (Won)Points awarded
Collecting paymentPoints awarded
Logging a callPoints awarded
Meeting targetBonus points

Point values are configured by administrators in Sales > Settings > Rewards.

Badges

Badges are earned for reaching milestones:

  • Activity badges — Based on number of calls, enquiries, etc.
  • Revenue badges — Based on total revenue collected
  • Streak badges — Based on consecutive days of activity
  • Special badges — Awarded manually by leads/admins

Each badge has a tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on the achievement level.

Streaks

Streaks track consecutive days of sales activity:

  • Log at least one qualifying activity per day to maintain your streak
  • Longer streaks earn more points and unlock streak badges
  • Missing a day resets the streak counter
  • The streak indicator shows your current count

Leaderboard

  1. Go to Sales > Rewards > Leaderboard
  2. See rankings by total points for the current period
  3. Filter by time period (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  4. View individual breakdowns

The leaderboard ranks salespeople by their total reward points, showing:

  • Rank position
  • Name and avatar
  • Total points
  • Badge count
  • Current streak

Manual Rewards

Sales Leads and Administrators can grant manual rewards:

  1. Go to reward management
  2. Click Grant Reward
  3. Select the salesperson
  4. Enter points and reason
  5. Click Award

Manual rewards are useful for recognizing achievements not captured by automatic tracking.

Reward Configuration (Admin)

Administrators configure the rewards system at Sales > Settings > Rewards:

  • Point values for each activity type
  • Badge thresholds and tiers
  • Streak requirements
  • Leaderboard periods

Check the leaderboard regularly to see how you compare with your team. Maintaining daily activity streaks is an easy way to accumulate bonus points.
