The Support page provides internal issue tracking and bug management. Team members can report issues and track their resolution.

Reporting an Issue

If you encounter a problem with the platform or need help:

  1. Go to Support in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Issue or Report Bug
  3. Fill in:
    • Title — A short description of the problem
    • Description — Detailed explanation of what happened
    • Priority — How urgent the issue is
  4. Click Submit

Tracking Issues

After submitting, you can:

  • View the status of your issues
  • Add comments or additional information
  • See when issues are resolved

For Leads and Admins

Leads and administrators can:

  • View all reported issues
  • Assign issues to team members for resolution
  • Update issue statuses
  • Close resolved issues

Support Page

tip

When reporting an issue, include as much detail as possible — steps to reproduce the problem, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. This helps resolve issues faster.
