The Support page provides internal issue tracking and bug management. Team members can report issues and track their resolution.
Reporting an Issue
If you encounter a problem with the platform or need help:
- Go to Support in the sidebar
- Click Create Issue or Report Bug
- Fill in:
- Title — A short description of the problem
- Description — Detailed explanation of what happened
- Priority — How urgent the issue is
- Click Submit
Tracking Issues
After submitting, you can:
- View the status of your issues
- Add comments or additional information
- See when issues are resolved
For Leads and Admins
Leads and administrators can:
- View all reported issues
- Assign issues to team members for resolution
- Update issue statuses
- Close resolved issues

tip
When reporting an issue, include as much detail as possible — steps to reproduce the problem, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. This helps resolve issues faster.
